Baku – APA. The European Youth Parliament (EYP), in order to organize illegal trips to the occupied Azerbaijani territories in flagrant violation of the norms and principles of international law, has launched a new project called “Study Trip to Artsakh Republic”, Azerbaijan Youth European Integration Organization (AGAT) told APA on July 3.
The Alumni Chapter of the European Youth Parliament – Armenia will implement the project called “Study Trip to Artsakh Republic” on August 22 – 26, 2015. The event will gather around 100 participants.
Within the framework of the project, the participants plan to visit the parlimanet, and meet with the "prime minister" and "foreign minister" of the "Artsakh Republic". As a part of the project, panel discussions on governance specifics of non-recognized but de-facto independent states, concert in the central square, as well as visits to “ancient monasteries, castles and caves of Artsakh” will be arranged. The study trip include visits to Natural Wonders of Umbrellas, Rocky Lion, Churches of Gandzasar and Ghazanchetsots, Shusha mosque, Hunot canyon and farewell pool party in Hadrut and open air concert. The participants’ accommodation and food costs, transportation Yerevan-Stepanakert-Yerevan (Yerevan-Khankendi-Yerevan), tours, reception at Artsakh Parliament and breakfasts will be paid by the organizers of the tour programs. Participation fee is 70 Euros.
