A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of explosion at Telemekhanika plant owned by Azerbaijani Defense Industry Ministry in Shirvan city, the prosecutor’s office of Shirvan city said July 7.
A short circuit caused explosion at Telemekhanika plant July 6.
The explosion left one dead and 19 injured.
The injured were rushed to the Central Hospital of Shirvan city and 12 of them were released home after receiving treatment.
