Baku – APA. Turkey has launched second wave of airstrikes against ISIS in Syria, hit PKK camps in Northern Iraq, APA reports quoting Turkish media.
Four Turkish F-16 fighter jets deployed from the Diyarbakir air base in the country’s mainly Kurdish southeast hit PKK targets in Hakurk in northern Iraq, the sources told Reuters.
Moreover, Metina and Haftanin districts of northern Iraq, as well as the positions of the terrorists in the country were the targets of the strikes.
For 4 days, the Turkish Armed Forces has been carrying operations against the PKK and ISIS terrorist groups.
