Baku – APA. The Blue Moon, a rare natural phenomenon, will be observed today.
ANAS told APA that volcanic eruptions as well as forest fires create clouds of dust in the sky and the moon seems blue because of such clouds in the foreground. First seen in August 2012, the Blue Moon will reappear on Friday.
People will have a chance to observe next such phenomenon in 2018.
