The Central Election Commission (CEC) must strengthen its work, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said at the commission meeting Aug. 29.
He said that Azerbaijan has achieved significant success in holding the election.
"I believe that we are successfully preparing for the election,” he said. “The necessary conditions have been created. The political stability is observed in the country. The public has been enlightened. The election is being organized by the professionals."
