Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department said that the climate change is a “contribution” of developed nations, left as legacy for mankind.
“Even now they are reluctant to take certain measures to thwart this process,” he tweeted Oct. 5. “Developments are limited to statements and declarations.”
Mammadov also mentioned the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s remark that people fail to realize how perilous climate change is.
“Even if that’s the case; what about leaders of advanced countries? Aren’t they aware?,” he further noted.
