No results have been achieved as of 11:00 (GMT +4) in the searches for the 23 oilmen missing in the Caspian Sea, said Balamirza Alirahimov, chief engineer at Azneft, a production division of Azerbaijan’s State Oil Company.
He said four helicopters of the Emergencies Ministry and two helicopters of the State Border Service have joined the searches this morning.
