Baku Court of Appeal will consider the petition of the former head of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Jahangir Hajiyev Dec.10, Trend was told by Hajiyev's lawyer Dec. 9.
He said that the complaint will be considered by the judge Gadim Babayev.
Jahangir Hajiyev is charged under various articles of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, including fraud using official position with causing big damage, embezzlement, abuse of office, exceeding of powers of office, bribery.
