Additional measures regarding Turkey are under discussion in Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, Federation Council Speaker of Russia said, RIA Novosti reported.
These measures will be announced when they are ready, she said.
Matviyenko noted that Russia is unlikely to "forgive" the Turkish authorities for the SU-24 incident.
“We can’t just forget this crime”, she said.
