A delegation of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) has held a number of meetings with Vietnamese officials as part of their official visit to Hanoi.
They met with Deputy Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam Vu Hong Nam, chair of the Vietnam-Azerbaijan Friendship Association Nghiem Vu Khai and his deputies. Chairman of the Youth Wing of YAP Seymur Orujov also met first secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Central Committee of the Vietnam Communist Party Nguyen Dac Vinh to discuss the ways of strengthening the friendship relations between Azerbaijan and Vietnam, continuing the reciprocal visits between the two countries, as well as cooperation prospects in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres.
The Azerbaijani delegation includes deputy executive secretary of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP), Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations Mubariz Gurbanli, head of the political analysis and forecasting department of YAP Aydin Mirzazade and Chairman of the Youth Wing of YAP Seymur Orujov.
