Azerbaijan`s Ambassador to Japan Gursel Ismayilzade has visited Miyakojima city of Okinawa prefecture. The visit aims to explore development of regional cooperation between Azerbaijan and Japan, as well as the country`s comprehensive promotion in Japan.
As part of the visit, the Ambassador has met Miyakojima Mayor, heads of Parliament, Trade and Industry Chamber, Tourism Association.
They discussed establishing the relations between Miyakojima and the regions of Azerbaijan, as well as arranging the reciprocal visits, experience exchange, holding the events, cooperation in economic and social fields.
