President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree, setting up the State Security Service and Foreign Intelligence Service on the basis of the Ministry of National Security.
In two separate executive orders, the President appointed Madat Quliyev as chairman of the State Security Service and Orkhan Sultanov as chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
