Deputy head of the board of Azerbaijan’s GunayBank Azad Mammadov has resigned, said the message from the bank.
Currently, the board of GunayBank has five members: head of the board Emin Aghayev, his deputies Farida Aghayeva, Elshan Suleymanov and Azad Ibadov, as well as director of the department of loans and economics Sabir Aghayev.
GunayBank has been operating on Azerbaijan’s banking market since 1992. Currently, the bank has seven shareholders. Its assets totaled 87.49 million manats as of 2014, or 2.5 times more than in the same period in 2013.
Gunaybank’s total capital has exceeded 63 million manats, while its authorized capital stood at 64.9 million manats.
The official exchange rate on Dec.16 is 1.0495 AZN/USD.
