All routes of the Turkish Stream will be realized and are a priority, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his annual press conference December 17, RIA Novosti reported.
"We need the European Commission’s written guarantees," President Putin said.
He said that Russia does not consider Turkey a hostile country.
"The relations deteriorated,” he said. “I do not know how to get out of this situation."
