It is planned to create another industrial park in Azerbaijan, namely in the city of Ganja, head of the industry department of the Azerbaijani ministry of economy and industry Samad Bashirli told reporters.
“Earlier, industrial parks in Azerbaijan’s Sumgait and Balakhani cities were established, and industrial parks in Mingachevir and Garadagh cities were created this year,” he said. “In addition, in accordance with the state program, Ganja industrial park will be created, which will specialize in the steel sector.”
He said that according to the legislation, at first, a decree on the establishment of the industrial park must be signed, and only after that, the relevant authorities will get instructions to allocate territory for its construction and conduct infrastructure work.
“In accordance with the state program, this work will be done in the next two or three years,” said Bashirli.
