Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 23
By Umid Niayesh- Trend:
Iran will open its doors to the world, in order to pave path for development, the Islamic Republic President Hassan Rouhani said.
Next month Iran’s gates will be opened to the world in terms of economy as the international sanctions are removed, Rouhani said, during his speech in Iran's central city of Rey on Dec. 23, IRINN TV reported.
“We are in the final stages for implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA),” the Iranian president added.
Under the JCPOA deal reached between Iran and the P5+1(the US, France, Britain, Germany, China, and Russia) last July, sanctions against Tehran will be lifted in exchange for restrictions on its nuclear activities. The IAEA has been given the role of verifying Iran’s commitments under the deal.
Rouhani further said that despite the desire of the hardliners in the US, Israel and some “reactionary” countries in the region the nuclear deal will be implemented.
