An explosion has occurred at a plant in the Balakan district of Azerbaijan.
The explosion that occurred in a boiler house of the “Azeryem Industry LLC” plant in Balakan killed one and injured two, Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations told Trend Jan. 4.
