Issues of peace and security will be the main priorities of the Germany’s chairmanship of the OSCE, German Ambassador to Azerbaijan Heidrun Temple told reporters in Baku Jan.11.
She said that attention will also be paid to the issue of frozen conflicts, development of economic relations between the countries of the OSCE.
“It is planned to hold various business forums and conferences, and we expect Azerbaijan to take part in them as well,” said Temple.
Germany has assumed the Chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) for 2016. The German Chairmanship has defined “Renewing dialogue, rebuilding trust, restoring security” as its key priorities.
