Russia will resume the construction of South Stream gas pipeline in the next few weeks, RIA Novosti reported citing the Bulgarian newspaper Standard on Jan. 11.
According to the Bulgarian media, Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borisov himself informed his entourage about the resumption of the gas pipeline’s construction.
Reportedly, the politician was very pleased with the resumption of the project.
However, the report has not been officially confirmed so far.
