E-government portal is an important component of transparent and convenient governance. The indicator of visits to electronic services through the portal highlights the relevance and quality of services provided. The indicator which is crucial for the purposeful activity of the portal contributes to the development of building e-Government through creating a competitive environment in the relevant field. Thus, only in December of last year, electronic services on e- government portal were used 710981 times.
First place – covering different areas the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies which integrated its 36 e-services into the portal, takes the lead in the number of services used in December last year. In December last year, ministry’s services were used 276588 times.
Second place – the State Social Protection Fund which is offering 13 social services to the citizens through the portal ranks second on the list of leaders. Thus, the services provided by this organization were used 238393 times during the month.
Third place – the services provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population were used 168584 times during the month. Thus, the service “E-registration of employment contracts and notification to the employer about it” provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population is always important as a social service and it takes the lead in the number of services used.
Fourth place – electronic certificates that are possible as a result of interagency information exchange at the initiative of the portal operator were used 19107 times in December.
Fifth place – in June-July, the services of the State Student Admission Commission were used most, leaving all agencies behind, however in December this organization’s services were used 7020 times less than before.
