Illegal acts in Azerbaijan’s Siyazan, Lankaran, Fizuli, Aghjabadi and Agsu districts are aimed at disturbing public order, which was found out as a result of an initial investigation, said Prosecutor General’s Office and Interior Ministry in a joint statement Jan. 13.
“The illegal acts were organized by the activists of the Popular Front and Musavat parties, as well as some radical and religious extremist groups,” read the statement.
It has been reported that 55 people were detained while committing an illegal act in Siyazan.
