President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on extra measures on the construction of Goranboy-Yukhari Agjakend highway in Goranboy district.
Under the order, AZN2.2 million was allocated from the 2016 State Budget for the completion of the construction of the highway, which links 18 residential areas with the total population of 35,000 people.
