As of September 1, 2016, Baku Telephone Communications Production Association (BTCPA) will begin the application of the prepayment system in the provision of internet and IPTV services.
This measure, which will be implemented by BTCPA as part of reforms carried out by the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies in the telecommunications sector, will prevent the incurrence of debit debts for BTCPA subscribers using internet and IPTV services.
Note that previously subscribers had debit debts because they didn’t make timely payments of service fees. In some cases, subscribers evaded payment of service fees. Consequently, BTCPA stopped providing the service to the subscriber.
And now, with the implementation of the prepayment system, the subscriber will be able to buy services in accordance with the payment he will make in advance. And these services will be provided to the subscriber uninterruptedly.
It should be noted that subscribers can pay monthly subscription fees for using telephone and internet services of Baku Telephone Communications Production Association either online or through payment terminals.
