Over 80% of Azerbaijani eligible voters have cast ballots in a polling station at the country`s Consulate General in Dubai as Azerbaijan is holding a referendum to make amendments to the Constitution.
Consul General, chairman of the constituency Parviz Ismayilzade noted that 162 out of 197 Azerbaijani citizens voted in the referendum.
