“SOCAR is our strategic partner. The investments of the prestigious Azerbaijan company, SOCAR, in Georgia's economy is very important for us. This opens opportunities for our economic development investments”, Georgia's Deputy Energy Minister Ilia Eloshvil told the journalists.
The minister emphasized that the long-term contract signed with SOCAR on gasification of Georgia is a key factor for them and plays an important role in the development of economy.
Ilia Eloshvil highlighted that two new reservoirs opened in Kulevi terminal would further increase reputation of Azerbaijan and Georgia in the world. “Economic opportunities and our strategic partnership will further strengthen”, he added.
