The electronic service "Application for the repair or replacement of faulty water meters" of Azersu Open Joint Stock Company has been integrated into the E-government portal. By using this e-service, consumers will be able to apply online to the relevant organizations for the repair or replacement of faulty water meters. Since the service requires registration, subscribers first need to register on the portal.
Then, the subscriber should select the electronic service "Application for the repair or replacement of faulty water meters" from the list of the e-services of Azersu Open Joint Stock Company and enter the subscriber code in the opened window and click on "Continue" button.
The system will verify the subscriber code and information on the subscriber will appear on the screen. If the subscriber code has not been entered correctly, the "The code you entered is incorrect" warning will appear on the screen.
To register the application, the following data should be entered into the opened window: the reason for application, contact numbers and e-mail address, brief text of application and additional entries.
After entering the information, the subscriber should click on "Apply" button. Then, "Your appeal is registered. Thank you for using this service" inscription will appear on the screen.
Within 15 working days after the registration of the application, the water utility management representative will check the water meter and take necessary measures for its repair or replacement.
