Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met with People's Artist of Azerbaijan, “Shohrat” Order holder, acclaimed composer Tofig Bakikhanov.
Vasif Talibov hailed the composer`s contribution to the development of music, saying his works are valuable.
Tofig Bakikhanov applauded what has been done in Nakhchivan to develop music and train young specialists. He said he was happy that his music is highly appreciated in Nakchivan.
