The price of oil has continued to rise in the world markets.
On NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange) cost of the US light crude oil increased $0.54 to stand at $49.72. Price of the Brent crude oil at the London ICE (Intercontinental Exchange Futures) rose $0.49 to trade at $50.47.
The price of a barrel of Azeri Light crude oil increased $0.19 to trade at $51.60 on the world markets.
