A new drinking water and sewage network has been commissioned in Garachug, Garakhanbayli and Bulgan villages in Nakhchivan.
Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov attended the opening ceremony.
Addressing the event, Chairman of Nakhchivan Melioration and Water Management Committee Asgar Asgarov said that the construction of drinking water and sewage systems in each three villages started this January. A total of 51.1 km of drinking water and 47 km of sewage lines were installed in rural areas.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov congratulated the local residents on the commissioning of drinking water and sewage network and wished them prosperity.
Vasif Talibov then launched the facility which commissioned the new drinking water and sewage network in Garachug, Garakhanbayli and Bulgan villages.
Bulgan village school opened
Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov attended the opening of Bulgan village school. He cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school.
The two-storey building houses a communication center, a medical station, police and veterinary stations, a library, regional branch of the New Azerbaijan Party, district administrative office and a 73-seat meeting room.
Vasif Talibov inquired about the organization of health services in the village and gave relevant instructions and recommendations on medical registration and organization of health awareness.
New service area openes in Bulgan village
A new service area was launced in Bulgan village.
Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhcivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov inaugurated the center and viewed the conditions created here.
There is a hairdressing salon, women's beauty salon, a butcher`s, food and household appliances shops. Preference is given to the sale of local products in the center which employed five persons.
After viewing the center, Vasif Talibov met with the village residents.
A landscaping work was also carried out in Bulgan village, 1340 meters different-capacity communication lines were installed, 1,500 metres gas lines of different diametres were repaired.
