A workshop on "The ways of financing startups via capital markets" has been held at the High Tech Park.
The event was attended by the representatives of startup companies, investment companies that are the members of Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), and the private sector.
During the workshop, the head of the Department of Marketing and Sales of Borsa Istanbul Adnan Serhat Gorgun made presentations on topics such as "The ways of financing startup companies", "Company evaluation and market appraisement", Attraction of finances via capital markets", "Preparedness for IPO", etc. He shared with the participants of the workshop his knowledge and experience in the relevant areas.
The workshop was met with interest by the participants and continued in the form of mutual discussion.
At the workshop, the representatives of the investment companies that are the members of Baku Stock Exchange noted that cooperation in the implementation of various startup projects would be very beneficial.
The event concluded with the signing of a document on cooperation between the High Tech Park and Baku Stock Exchange.
