The “Telecom” team played away against the “Azerreyl” team in the second round of the Azerbaijan Women's Volleyball Super League.
The “Telecom” team won the match with a score of 3 to 2. Although the first two sets were held in equal fight, the hosting team was able to beat the visiting team in either set – 26:24.
During the third set, the “Telecom” team played with greater confidence and won with a score of 25 to 20.
The “Telecom” team got even more convincing victory over the “Azerreyl” team in the fourth set – 25:14.
The final set was held in a tense struggle and was won by the “Telecom” team – 15:13.
The most productive players in this match were Margarita Azizova (18 points), Elizaveta Samedova (15 points) and Yovana Vesovich (14 points).
In another match, the “Azeryol” team won the “Locomotive” team with a score of 3 to 0.
Note that in the first round, the “Telecom” team won the “Azeryol” team with a score of 3 to 1.
