Bern, December 1 AZERTAC
Azerbaijani acclaimed jazz pianist Amina Figarova has given a concert in “Marians Jazzroom”, Bern, Switzerland. The concert was co-organized by Azerbaijan`s Embassy to Switzerland and international Bern Jazz Festival.
The concert was aroused keen interest among the audience.
The participants were distributed book and brochures highlighting Azerbaijan`s cultural and tourism potential, as well as musical CDs.
Azerbaijan-born, globe-trotting composer and pianist Amina Figarova introduces colorful, compelling new compositions. Throughout all tracks, Amina's classically founded touch, her lilting melodies, luminous harmonies, often understated yet always propulsive rhythms and star soloists come together with immaculate sophistication.
