Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has visited the Heydar Aliyev avenue and laid flowers at the statue of Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev as the 13th anniversary of the death of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people was marked in Nakhchivan.
Thousands of people, including representatives of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Cabinet of Ministers, Nakhchivan City Executive Authority, ministries, committees, companies and head offices, institutions and organizations, university staff, military units, general public attended the commemorative ceremony.
Chairman of the Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov made a speech at the event.
