President Ilham Aliyev has highlighted the international relations of Azerbaijan as he chaired the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers dedicated to the results of socioeconomic development of 2016 and objectives for the future.
"Our international relations were expanded last year. Azerbaijan has already been known as a very reliable and worthy partner in international arena for many years. Our example certainly attracts more attention and we are approached with great respect particularly at the time when world crises, wars and unstable situation are increased," the head of state said.
President Ilham Aliyev hailed Azerbaijan's great positive international image.
"We have a say and our influence is growing in international organizations. We will expand our international relations this year too," President Ilham Aliyev added.
