Dear Mr President,
I was deeply saddened by the news of the loss of lives as a result of the collapse of a multi-storey building in Iran.
On the occasion of this tragedy, on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, the families and loved ones of those who died and the whole people of Iran, and wish the injured the swiftest possible recovery.
May Allah rest the souls of the dead in peace!
