Bakcell, The First Mobile Operator and The Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan would like to inform its customers that, as of April 30th of 2015 expires the promotional campaign on activation of “Asan İmza” mobile e-signature service which had reduced to 18 AZN the price of purchasing “Asan İmza” for all user categories (citizens – physical persons, representatives of legal entities, public servants). The campaign, launched on May 16th last year, has allowed to save on buying “Asan İmza” 40% for citizens, 90% for legal entities and 90% for public servants.
Considering the growing popularity of “Asan İmza” among its users and the fact that it represents an efficient tool for saving money, it has also been decided to set henceforth the price of joining the “Asan İmza” service at the level of the expired campaign. Thus, effective from May 1st this year the price for activation of “Asan İmza” is defined at 18 AZN whereas the monthly subscription and an outgoing SMS fees – 1 AZN and 0.03 AZN respectively.
It is also worth to mention that a new and innovative service called “Asan Ödəniş” (“Asan Payment”) is about to be launched soon by “ASAN Xidmət” with the help of which drivers can without any additional registration enter their online account and using their “Asan İmza”, will be able to learn in real time if they have traffic fines, view photo- and video materials of their traffic violations and pay the fines online. Moreover, those drivers, registering their vehicles’ numbers by means of “Asan İmza” on the portal of “Asan Ödəniş” (www.asanpay.az), will be receiving free SMS messages from the “Asan Ödəniş” system about their traffic infringements.
Aiming to further stimulate the interest to usage of the “Asan İmza” service in the “Asan Ödəniş” system and e-services provided by government and private organizations as well as with the desire to contribute to the festive mood of Azerbaijanis celebrating a series of remarkable dates in May it has been also decided to start an extra promotional campaign during that month, which will allow anyone to become an “Asan İmza” user without paying 18 AZN required for activation of the service. Information about the start date and duration of the campaign will be additionally disclosed in the near future.

The main advantage of “Asan İmza” technology is no requirement of using additional devices and software for reading a smart card.
