Baku. Malahat Najafova – APA. “Baku 2015 European Games are being held at the level of Olympiad”, said the Ukrainian swimmer Andrei Serdinov, APA reports quoting usf.org.ua website.
According to him, the opening ceremony, as well as organization of the competitions meet the Olympic standards: “All sportsmen live in the Athletes Village. This also allows representatives of different countries to know one another”.
He also noted that the European Games are also significant for younger sportsmen: “The younger sportsmen are able to feel atmosphere of international competitions, Olympiads. Generally, Baku 2015 was an international experience for Ukrainian sportsmen too”.
