The past ninth day of the First European Games became a historic day for Azerbaijan’s artistic gymnastics.
Azerbaijani athlete Oleg Stepko won the gold medal in artistic gymnastics for the first time in the country’s history. The gymnast also won one silver and one bronze medal in gymnastics events, thereby bringing the total number of his medals to five at Baku 2015.
