Baku – APA. Russia’s Investigative Committee has detained two of the five police officers over the negligence case that resulted in mass murder in Nizhny Novgorod.
Investigations made it clear that area attorney Vladimir Filimonov and his chief Victor Miller have four times rejected appeals of the wife of Oleg Belov, who was detained as a suspect, the Russian Investigative Committee told APA.
Investigation is seeking to soon appeal to a court for these persons to be sentenced to pretrial detention.
Note that, a few days ago a woman and her six children were found cut into pieces in her home in Nizhny Novgorod. Investigators found out that the dead bodies are of Oleg Belov’s wife and six children.
O. Belov has been detained and handed over to investigation.
