Baku – APA. Information war in the struggle for geopolitical interests within international community has reached unprecedented heights, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, director of the Administration’s Foreign Relations Department, tweeted on Sept.29.
“Manipulation of information has become an instrument of geopolitical intentions”, Mammadov wrote.
