Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu – APA. For the present, 1,753 people have appealed to the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan for the registration of candidates for participation in the parliamentary elections to be held Nov.1.
The remarks were made by CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov on Sept.29.
Panahov said that the CEC registered 425 candidates for MPs. Of them, 165 people have been nominated by political parties, 2 by the Azadliq-2015 bloc of political parties and 258 are self-nominated candidates.
