The possibility of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Tehran to participate in the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, to be held on November 23, is being worked out, said Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian president, according to the Tass news agency.
"This forum will be held in Tehran,” he noted. “President Putin has been invited to this forum. The issue is being worked out.”
