A charter on friendship and cooperation between French Évian-les-Bains and Azerbaijan`s Ismayilli towns will come into force in December when it will be signed by the two towns.
A delegation led by head of Ismayilli executive authority Mirdamat Sadiqov will visit Évian-les-Bains for the signing of the agreement on December 14.
Under international law, the charter shall become effective when it is signed in both cities.
The charter was inked in Ismayilli when a delegation of Évian-les-Bains visited Ismayilli this May.
