President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Argentina’s president-elect Mauricio Macri.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on your election as president of the Republic of Argentina,” Aliyev said in his congratulatory letter.
“It is my hope that we will make joint efforts towards developing friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Argentina,” said the president.
“I wish you robust health, happiness and success in your future activities for the welfare of the friendly people of Argentina,” said the congratulatory letter.
