The European Union is concerned about the lack of progress in the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said.
She made the remarks during the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade, Serbia.
