Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR has drawn additional forces for extinguishing the fire on the offshore platform #10 at the Gunashli field, Azneft’s Head Engineer Balamirza Alirahimov said Dec. 6.
He added that the “General Shikhlinkiy” vessel, which has additional equipment on board, is involved in fire-fighting.
“There is no new information on the missing,” he noted.
