Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to China is historic in terms of its form, content and by its status, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration’s foreign relations department, said Dec. 12.
He made the remarks speaking to reporters at a press conference in Baku.
