New supervisory board of IBA-Georgia, subsidiary of the International Bank of Azerbaijan has been announced.
Ulvi Mansurov, deputy head of the board of the International Bank of Azerbaijan has been appointed head of the supervisory board of IBA-Georgia, said the bank’s website.
Director General of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Hidayat Sultanov has been named his deputy.
Moreover, head of the Corporate Business Department of the International Bank of Azerbaijan Yasin Jalilov also became a member of the supervisory board.
Previously, the supervisory board of IBA-Georgia was headed by Emil Mustafayev.
IBA-Georgia bank passed state registration in Georgia’s Justice Ministry in November of 2006.
The bank serves both Azerbaijani and Georgian customers.
