Shareholders of Azerbaijani Kapital Bank will discuss the issue of making changes in the staff of the supervisory board, said the message of the bank published Dec.16 in the official press.
This issue will be discussed at a meeting of shareholders of the bank in early 2016.
Currently, the supervisory board of the bank is headed by Jalal Gasimov, and the board consists of Rauf Hajiyev, Afaq Mustafayeva, Oqtay Hasanov and Javid Guliyev.
Kapital Bank is the successor of Savings Bank. The bank is included in PASHA group of companies - a large investment holding company in Azerbaijan. It is widely represented in such sectors as insurance, construction, construction materials, tourism and others.
