Turkey and Azerbaijan are strategic partners, Ismail Kahraman, the Chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey told journalists in Baku Dec. 22.
He said that Azerbaijan and Turkey are fraternal countries.
"Azerbaijan and Turkey will continue cooperating in all areas,” he said. “This will bring benefit not only to the region, but the whole world."
Kahraman is on a two day official visit to Azerbaijan.
